In this context, your personal data is provided by the Company; It can be collected during the service request, at the moment the contract is concluded or in the following period, by transmitting it to the Company verbally, in writing or electronically, and by recording information by creating a user record on the internet, or by making a request or complaint.

The Company complies with its obligations to take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, to prevent unlawful access to data, and to ensure the preservation of personal data.

  1. Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing

In order to carry out our activities, your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based on legal reasons to ensure compliance with the legislation and Company policies. Your collected personal data will be processed by the Museum of Florale in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the KVKK and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, in line with, and limited to, the following purposes.

4.      Retention Period of Personal Data

Our company keeps personal data for the period specified in these legislations, if it is stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations.

5.      Deletion, Destruction and Disposal of Personal Data

Your personal data kept under the law; shall be retained for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and possibly for the legal statute of limitations. Even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law as regulated in Article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code and Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, in the event that the reasons for the processing are eliminated, ex officio or upon your request, the personal data is in the Official Gazette No. 30224 and dated 28.10.2017. 6.      Rights of Personal Data Owner

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company, the Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
